My goal at the Pioneer center is to lead by example, and in the process, inspire the children to set goals, find their passions, and achieve whatever they put their minds to.
Working with children is a daily reminder that I am making a difference and can have a positive influence on our leaders of tomorrow. I have always been in the childcare field, and feel blessed to have a career that I am able to grow and learn from. Being around a diverse group of children everyday keeps me young and on my toes, and I couldn’t imagine another job where I am constantly challenged in the best ways possible. Working with school age children allows me to embrace their potential at all ages, and view the world from their eyes. I truly believe that with the right tools and an encouraging environment, all children can, and will be successful and able to shine to their full potential.
